Simon Wetton - Founder

Simon Wetton brings over three decades of experience at the intersection of global finance, investment strategy, and entrepreneurial leadership. His career spans equity capital markets, investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance, with a particular focus on complex cross-border transactions and alternative asset structures.

Simon began his career in the City of London in 1986 and went on to hold senior roles at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch (Equity Capital Markets, Europe & Asia), ABN Amro, and Swiss Bank Corporation.

 

He has a strong background in structuring programmatic real estate and hospitality joint ventures, originating and arranging debt across public and private markets, and developing financing strategies for emerging sectors such as alternative energy and carbon credit projects.

Beyond institutional finance, Simon has launched and scaled a range of private ventures, giving him hands-on insight into the operational realities of entrepreneurship.
